Focused on data-driven business strategy, I integrated exteal data (market trends and competitor analysis) to overcome inteal insight limitations while accurately predicting market shifts. To address the inefficiency of manual competitor monitoring, I engineered a real-time interactive dashboard that accelerated executive decision-making. Additionally, I played an active role in mitigating tenant chu risks by conducting field surveys and strategic discussions with building tenants, directly identifying their operational challenges to deliver solutions that maximized lease renewal potential. 

Focused on strategic data processing, I combined inteal datasets with exteal sources to resolve inteal perspective constraints, enabling the detection of hidden market trends and customer behavior pattes. To support management decision-making, I processed complex datasets using predictive modeling to mitigate business risks, optimize operational processes, and formulate measurable growth projections. Furthermore, I solved the bottleneck of slow manual reporting by designing real-time interactive dashboards on Power BI/Looker Studio, successfully bridging technical complexity to ensure clear, fast data comprehension for both operational teams and executive leadership.
