As an HR Apprentice at Gammara Hotel, I support various Human Resources functions, including managing employee and trainee administration through the Talenta HRIS platform, conducting interviews for incoming trainees, supporting employee appraisal processes, and assisting as an event organizer for HR-related programs such as trainings, meetings, outings, and bonding activities.

In addition, I am involved in General Affair activities, particularly in the procurement process, including preparing Purchase Requests (PR) and Service Requests (SR), as well as coordinating with relevant departments to ensure operational needs are fulfilled in a timely manner and in accordance with company procedures.

I also contribute to inteal communication by designing visual materials such as HR pamphlets, banners, and inteal communication videos.

Through this role, I am gaining strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations, personnel administration, general affairs, talent management, and inteal communication within the hospitality industry.

As an psychologist assistant, I'm responsible for administering and scoring psychological tests, assisting in child assessments, managing administrative tasks, and organizing events held by the psychology bureau.

I’m also involved in content management and graphic design editing using Canva and other creative tools.
