I managed and coordinated between 100 to over 500 candidates in each recruitment cycle. My responsibilities included screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating the recruitment process until shortlisted candidates were ready for onboarding. I also handled candidate documentation and ensured accurate data entry for administrative purposes. Additionally, I maintained and processed HR data using Microsoft Excel to support efficient and reliable reporting. I created automated reports and dashboards using formulas and PivotTables to monitor recruitment performance. Furthermore, I prepared periodic HR reports and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and effective communication.

I manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple entities within ASL Group, including the shipyard, transportation, and construction sectors, supporting various operational, technical, and administrative roles. I coordinate hiring requirements with stakeholders from different entities to ensure timely and aligned workforce fulfillment. In addition, I support workforce planning and staffing alignment across different industry sectors under a unified ownership structure. I also maintain and optimize HR data management, including employee database administration, contract processing, and periodic HR reporting. Furthermore, I oversee occupational accident reporting to regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Manpower and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, through the SIPP system, ensuring data accuracy, documentation compliance, and timely follow-up.
